Slippery Rock University will be issuing your CEU’s.  You should expect those in the mail over the next few weeks.  You will also receive a certificate for attending the conference via email from The Bair Foundation within the next 2 weeks.

Shannon Kelley is the Permanency and Family Profile Specialist and helps “match forever families” through the Pennsylvania Adoption Exchange (PAE), Statewide Adoption Network (SWAN), and matching events for The Bair Foundation since March 2013.  Shannon has a well-rounded background of experience and has worked with children and families for over 15 years, inspiring to help make a difference in each situation, child, or family.  She has also worked in the following capacities: Elementary Teacher for 3rd and 5th grade, In-School Instructor for ICan program in Mercer County, Preschool Instructor for Literacy Council, Americorps Instructor for High School students, Assistant Director at a NAECY and Keystone STARS 4 preschool, and a volunteer for several community events.  Shannon earned her Master’s degree in Reading K-12 and a Reading Specialist Certificate from Edinboro University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Clarion University.
